Neilson started from scratch on a project seen as a key element of the separation process with a deadline of only 12 weeks to go live and limited experience in creating a fully implemented and integrated customer documentation solution.

d-fo quickly got to understand exactly what Neilson were trying to achieve with their branding goals. Using their sector experience, d-flo were able to offer ideas, suggestions and recommendations to help with key decisions the Neilson team were faced with.

d-flo TravelComms now produces high quality, enriched communications covering all aspects of post-booking contact – directly from Neilson’s ATCORE ATCOMRES reservation system – which have drawn universal praise from all levels of the Neilson Active Holidays management for its cleaner, fresher look and more informative, engaging content.

d-flo TravelComms provides the exibility to support continuously evolving requirements with the ability to incorporate social media into more marketing driven communications to build upon Neilson’s brand awareness, customer experience and long-term loyalty.

It was evident from the outset that d- flo ‘got’ what we wanted to achieve as a business, which made the whole project very focused and swift to progress. We definitely received added value from their ideas and input, and as for change requests – well, ‘No’ doesn’t seem to be in the d-flo vocabulary. We’ll certainly be looking d-flo with the further plans we have in this area.
